Refund & Cancellation Policy
Thank you for choosing Beuppy LLC as your Adobe certified reseller for subscription services. We strive to provide you with the best experience possible. Please review the following terms and conditions regarding refunds and cancellations:
Subscription Terms:
- Subscription Commencement: Your subscription begins immediately upon the processing of your initial payment.
- Payment: Upon subscription, you will be charged the annual rate specified at the time of purchase, along with any applicable taxes. This payment will be processed as a lump sum.
- Automatic Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew on your annual renewal date unless cancelled. By subscribing, you authorize us to store your payment information securely and to charge your designated payment method(s) annually until cancellation.
- Renewal Charges: Upon renewal, you will be charged the prevailing rate for your subscription plan, along with any applicable taxes. We reserve the right to adjust subscription rates annually, and we will notify you in advance of any rate changes, providing you with the option to cancel.
- Payment Method Authorization: In the event of a failed payment using your primary method, we may charge any other payment method available in your account. Failure to provide a backup payment method may result in suspension of your subscription.
- Generative AI Features: Your subscription may include access to generative AI features that require generative credits. The number of credits required for usage varies based on the feature and output. Unused credits expire monthly and do not rollover.
- European Economic Area Customers: Some banks in the European Economic Area may require additional authentication for purchases. By authenticating your initial purchase, you authorize us to charge your payment method for future purchases without further authentication.
Cancellation Terms:
- Cancellation Process: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Beuppy LLC account page or by contacting our Customer Support team.
- Refund Eligibility: If you cancel your subscription within 14 days of your initial order, you are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations after this period are non-refundable.
- Service Continuation: Upon cancellation, your service will continue until the end of your contracted term. No partial refunds will be issued for cancellations made after the initial 14-day period.
